We provide website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, WhatsApp Business API integration, RCS messaging, chatbots, AI agents and related automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement will be agreed in a separate proposal, quotation or agreement.

2. Quotations & payments

  • Quotations are valid for the period stated and may be revised if the scope changes.
  • Payment terms (including any advance) will be specified in your proposal or invoice.
  • Third-party costs (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta messaging charges, hosting, domains, paid APIs) are billed separately unless stated otherwise.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, access or approvals required for us to deliver the services. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components, open-source libraries and our pre-existing tools or frameworks, which remain owned by their respective owners or by us and are licensed for your use.

5. WhatsApp & messaging compliance

Where we provide WhatsApp Business API, SMS or RCS services, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the applicable platform policies (including Meta's WhatsApp Business policies) and obtaining valid opt-in consent from your own recipients.

6. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
